Body Mind Initiative (BMI) is a 10-week middle/high school curriculum that emphasizes resilience, self-care, and wellness in youth by providing a series of verbal, written, and behavioral exercises that require participants to develop healthy coping skills and improve wellness patterns through self-care, and increasing resources of positive support for youth.
